Benwill Outreach is the system we built to run our own outbound. It manages thousands of leads across campaigns and spreads sending across many Gmail inboxes, each with its own daily limit, so volume grows without burning sender reputation.
An autopilot engine sends in bulk with randomised delays, send windows, and per-domain limits, then queues first and second follow-ups automatically. Every lead is tracked from scheduled to sent, replied, or bounced, with analytics, import and export, and a browser extension bridge that handles delivery.
